We run a number of physiotherapist directed rehabilitation and exercise groups including:
pilates informed mat classes where we improve back strength and pelvic floor function
general strength classes
prenatal and postnatal return to fitness
happy ageing where we work on strength, balance and overall fitness drawing on pilates and resistance principles
happy menopause where we focus on building strength and wellness in a way that supports your body through it’s natural transition
weights with mates where we use resistance and weights to help slow the natural muscle and bone changes that occur with ageing.
