Sync groups

We run a number of physiotherapist directed rehabilitation and exercise groups including:

  • pilates informed mat classes where we improve back strength and pelvic floor function

  • general strength classes

  • prenatal and postnatal return to fitness

  • happy ageing where we work on strength, balance and overall fitness drawing on pilates and resistance principles

  • happy menopause where we focus on building strength and wellness in a way that supports your body through it’s natural transition

  • weights with mates where we use resistance and weights to help slow the natural muscle and bone changes that occur with ageing.
