(she / her)
As a physiotherapist treating people day-to-day and helping them recover from their limitations or pain, I found that I was delivering programs for recovery that saw people getting the best results but which could be easily delivered and received online.
People were coming to see me for thorough and trusted care, but I noticed I was seeing the same concerns over and over again. But I also saw people were struggling to make time to to get to their appointments, prioritising themselves or their condition limited them from getting to a clinic.
So, seeing the need for people to have expert guidance to recover outside of the typical medical / clinic format, I was inspired to design solutions that people could trust to work but also access easily at home.
As the founder of Sync Physio Solutions, I now spend all my time delivering video-health and online recovery programs for people to access in the comfort of their home.
Now people can recover from injury or pain conditions by drawing on the right advice, evidence-based interventions and support at a time that suits them.
About
Virginia completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Queensland, Australia and then a Masters of Physiotherapy in chilly Canberra, Australia. Having grown up on the east coast surf beaches, family and warmth led her back to Queensland.
Before that, Virginia gathered experience as a physiotherapist in private practice and the public hospital system. It was here that she developed her passion for understanding pelvic and women’s health along with pelvic pain and dysfunction.
During her career she also saw the huge impact hand, wrist and elbow injuries can have on a person’s livelihood and quality of life. She noticed there was a scarcity of professionals with the expertise to treat these concerns so she focussed intently on mastering optimal rehabilitation in these areas too.
She practiced in the areas for many years and reached the pinnacle of her expertise when she started her own clinic and was able to maximise the time she could spend with patients to ensure a holistic approach to their care.
Virginia is driven to help people be empowered to live better lives.
I believe that most people can do more than they believe they can if they are supported and armed with knowledge to do so.

Virginia is has also pursued more study in the areas of: trauma informed care; adjusting for neurodivergence in health care; mindful rehabilitation; and persistent pain recovery.
As well as all that, in another life, she was a State representative netball player and Les Mills Body Attack Instructor and has a lived understanding of recovering from sports injury, surgery and getting back to treasured sports or daily activities. Virginia is a certified pilates instructor, and while she loves teaching, she does not do pilates for herself as much as she probably should!
Virginia practiced in general musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy care for a long time and loved every minute of the role in getting people back to their life, job court, surface, or pool!
I’d love to see you online and help you get back on your way.
