We help women before, during and after pregnancy with antenatal and postnatal physiotherapy. We are also highly experienced treating women experiencing pregnancy loss or undergoing assisted reproductive procedures.
Prenatal (before birth) physiotherapy can include:

pelvic floor conditioning during pregnancy and in readiness for birthing and postnatally

Postnatal (after birth) physiotherapy commonly includes:
rectus diastasis (abdominal separation) treatment to repair the abdominal wall and improve core activation post-pregnancy

returning to exercise post-pregnancy to enjoy a healthy and fit lifestyle safely
caeserian section recovery
scar repair and connective tissue therapy
